Online and hybrid meetings get their own Google Meet link when they’re saved. If Google can’t make one, the meeting says “Online link coming soon” and it’s tried again every 15 minutes. A link you paste yourself is never replaced.

Guests and membership

Guests are always welcome: come to any meeting, RSVP from the calendar or the guest bench, and try a short role when you’re ready.

Joining the club in this room puts you on its roster and turns on its emails: open roles, the meeting notice, your role pack and the agenda. Your account is the same one you use in the town.

Toastmasters membership dues are handled by the Treasurer for now.
